Bedriftens historie

TD Crompton grunnla selskapet i London bydel Hendon i 1914 og begynte å produsere biler. Merkenavnene var Crompton og TDC . Produksjonen ble avsluttet samme år.

De eneste to modellene var sykkelbiler . En V2-motor fra JAP med enten 5/6 hk eller 8 hk (5,9 kW) ga stasjonen . Kroppene var laget av stål og tilbød plass til en eller to personer.
