S. Carter var en britisk bilprodusent som opererte i Selly Oak, Birmingham , i 1913 .

Den eneste modellen som ble tilbudt var en sykkelbil . Bilen ble drevet av en firesylindret in - line motor som produserte 6,2 hk (4,6 kW). Kraftoverføringen skjedde med en kardanskaft .
